Cristiano Ronaldo's future at Real Madrid has been debated for many months, but now it appears that the Portuguese star is selling his house.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a return to Manchester United for much of the season, and big-spending Paris Saint-Germain and Jose Mourinho's Chelsea have also been mooted as possible destinations.
Rumours have also surfaced this morning that Ronaldo has snubbed a new three-year contract in Madrid.
In public, Florentino Perez has denied that to be the case, but if true it would leave Real with a simple equation - sell now, or lose an £80m asset for a fraction of what they once paid.
So is Ronaldo selling his house? Certainly a property has been listed which looks the part:
Of course there's no official confirmation that it is Ronaldo selling up, but given this footage of Ronaldo larking around in front of it in 2010 as part of a show taking a look at his home life, this certainly seems real enough:
If you want to buy it, it will set you back a cool €5.4m (£4.6m) - but on the plus side you get an 'enormous garden', swimming pool and seven bedrooms (although only five are en-suite).
Ronaldo could easily be moving elsewhere in Madrid - but all does not appear quite right with the Portuguese.
Tabloid reports suggest that despite sitting out Mourinho's final game with a back injury, Ronaldo was out partying in a Lisbon nightclub on the same night until 7am.
For a man with a reputation for enjoying the lifestyle while remaining steadfastly professional in his approach, that seems slightly out of character.
The question, then, is quite simple: Where will Ronaldo be living next?
